21-DAY MEDITATION CHALLENGE

 

"Your mind is like silly putty… Whatever you expose it to, it becomes," says GoBeyond.org co-founder Kristin Walsh in a fun video teaser campaign for The GoBeyond.org 21-Day Meditation Challenge.

 

The video, written and directed by GoBeyond.org founder James Connor, shows Kristin engaging in various sorts of play with Silly Putty®, a metaphor for her mind.

 

Central to GoBeyond.org's non-profit mission is one key idea: If you meditate using ordinary meditation objects, you get ordinary results. And if you meditate using extraordinary objects, you get extraordinary results. GoBeyond.org seeks to introduce meditators to powerful meditative techniques and meditations from authentic sources in the Buddhist and Yoga Sutra lineage.

 

James Connor and Kristin Walsh recently completed a thousand day meditation retreat in an isolated cabin in the high desert mountains of Arizona. "The transformative power of authentic meditation is real," says James Connor. "We want to share with people what we've gained in a fun, accessible way. And support people around the world in developing a daily meditation practice that takes as little as 15-20 minutes a day."

 

Level I of The GoBeyond.org 21-Day Meditation Challenge features meditations to help people clear obstacles from their life, expand love, and increase wisdom.
